Welcome to my NEW 6 Week Introduction to Beginners Yoga Course.

Starting  Tuesday Jan 16th  7pm-8pm

If you are ready to dive in to understanding how yoga can help you live, feel and move better then this is the course for you.

This program is designed to give you a basic understanding of the foundations of both yoga and breathing practices. Not just the how , but the why because  learning to listen and understand what your body & mind feel is crucial to your wellbeing.

These will be small group classes  so I can really teach you , and be able to offer personal attention & assistance  whilst answering any questions that may arise during our time together in this course.

Each week we will cover different areas of yoga postures, breathing, movement and relaxation to leave you feeling more confident not only in your practice but the way you approach your own health and wellbeing.
