‘Positively Menopause’ offers a combination of both pre-recorded digital content (audio & video) which you have lifetime access to & can work through in your own time, as well as 3 private one to one sessions with me* which will give us the opportunity to assess your needs and put together a bespoke personal plan to help support you positively and powerfully through the rest of your menopause.

Menopause programme: Cost £200
The symptoms of Menopause can be varied especially depending upon the stage of Menopause you are in at the time. You have the choice to select 4 asana recordings based upon your own symptoms & phase of menopause.

Private Sessions
You will have 2 private sessions with me:
- 1 initial Assessment which will help us determine a personal plan for you going forwards. This session will not necessarily be yoga-based but will provide the information & assessment to be able to put together a personal practice for you which will best suit your needs.
- 1 session to work through the plan so you have a good understanding of it
