About Me

Julie Morris

A Senior Yoga Teacher, Mum of 2 and  Therapeutic Yoga Specialist

With over 20 years practice and study with some of the yoga worlds most renowned and inspiring teachers,  my own teaching has become drawn towards the therapuetics of yoga, particularly in relation to women’s health and wellbeing Women’s Health.  I draw upon the wisdom I have learned form my teachers in the traditions of Yoga, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine and I combine with modern, relevant Western science to provide programs based on therapeutic yoga application.

I am passionately dedicated to supporting, guiding, and empowering  both men and women to help them live, breathe, move and feel better through simple, effective and healing practices.

The teachings of Yoga and Meditation are more relevant and needed today than ever before.  And just as the yogis understood all those years ago physical, mental and emotional wellbeing is affected by your experiences past and present, your environment, and your attitude…your attitude to yourself.

To weather the ups and downs of life we need strength, energy, willpower, passion and resilience …To live happier, healthier  & more balanced lives we need to invest in our own health.

I want to help you do that…. To educate & empower you to believe in your own healing ability

Now more than ever we need to use the power of this practice to create strength, resilience and stability both on and off the mat.

Let’s do this together!
