Beginners Back To The Mat
Autumn Term Starting: Tues 10th Sept – 22nd Oct 6-7pm
This class is designed for those with some knowledge of yoga but wanting to get back to the practice. If you have had a break from yoga and would like to revive your practice, deepen your knowledge and develop more self awareness this class will help you learn and grow in a supportive, relaxed and ‘beginner friendly’ environment.
During these hour long sessions we will combine elements of breathing, posture , somatic movement, MFR, meditation and relaxation to help you feel more balanced, relaxed and ready to flow through the rest of your week.
