Nurture & Ground:
A Restorative Journey Into The Earth Element
Sunday 29th Sept 6 – 8 pm
As the vibrant energy of summer begins to fade, it’s time to pause, ground, and focus on what truly nourishes you. Join us for a restorative yoga workshop designed to balance the abundant Earth element, inspired by the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This session will guide you through calming somatic movements, soothing yin yoga, and deeply healing restorative postures. We’ll work with the spleen and stomach meridians—channels of digestion and grounding—using acupressure, breathwork, and meditation to promote balance and calm. Enhanced by the gentle touch of essential oils, soothing music, and candlelight, this is the perfect practice to bring you back into alignment after the busyness of summer and prepare you for the transition into winter’s restful embrace.
Come to nurture your body, calm your mind, and ground your spirit.
