Yoga For Menopause
Our weekly classes are designed for women in all stages of Menopause. They are relaxed, friendly and supportive.
Each month sessions will be centered around managing and supporting the main symptoms women experience during peri, menopause and post-menopause. We will use a combination of breathwork, yoga movement, relaxation & meditation, MFR & acupressure and of course some good old talk therapy
If you are experiencing any of the following though these classes could be beneficial to help you at this time:
- irregular /heavy periods
- heat/anger/irritability
- joint pain
- digestive issues
- anxiety
- insomnia
- weight gain
- low/erratic mood
- fatigue
- lack of focus/concentration/brain fog
There is no need to have practiced yoga before. Total beginners are perfectly welcome!! The only thing required : A desire to take control of your wellbeing and a mind open enough to begin to see the positive side to the journey through menopause!
You can now book individual classes passes separately if you would like to try a class or if you can only attend certain dates in the month. Please check with me for availability of individual classes. However paying for all sessions in the month will give you a 20% discount.
