Beginners Yoga Level 1 – Full Body Series
Tuesday 9th Apr 6pm – 7pm
In this Level 1 Beginners Series we will cover the whole body from the feet upwards.
An entire series of beginner level classes focusing each week on a different area of the body. This 7 week course builds on from the previous Beginners Yoga Foundation Course and is designed for students with some basic knowledge and understanding of yoga breath and movement.
Week 1 : Feet, Calves, Lower Legs
Week 2: Hamstrings, Quads, Glutes
Week 3 Hips
Week 4: Low Back ( incorporating abdominals, QL, )
Week 5: Upper Back & Shoulders
Week 6: Neck, Shoulders & Wrists
Week 7: Whole Body Integration
This 7 week course builds on from the previous Beginners Yoga Foundation Course and is designed for beginners with some basic knowledge and understanding of yoga breath and movement
