Beginners Yoga Level 1 – Full Body Series

Tuesday 14th Nov  6pm – 7pm

In this Level 1 Beginners Series we will cover the whole body from the feet upwards.

An entire series of beginner level classes focusing each week on a different area of the body. This 6  week course builds on from the  previous Beginners Yoga Foundation Course and is designed for students with some basic knowledge and understanding of yoga breath and movement.

Week 1 : Feet, Calves, Lower Legs

Week 2:  Hamstrings, Hips & Quads

Week 3 Low Back ( incorporating abdominals, QL, )

Week 4: Upper Back & Shoulders

Week 5: Neck, Shoulders & Wrists

Week 6: Whole Body Integration

 

This  6 week course builds on from the  previous Beginners Yoga Foundation Course and is designed for beginners with some basic knowledge and understanding of yoga breath and movement
