Beginners Yoga – Full Body Strength & Flexibility Program
Starting Tuesday 4th June 6pm – 7pm
In this Level 1 Beginners Program we will cover the whole body: Lower, Upper and Core.
Each week will focus on either strength or flexibility in one of these 3 areas. This 7 week course builds on from the previous Beginners Yoga Foundation Course and is designed for students with some basic knowledge and understanding of yoga breath and movement.
Week 1 : Lower Body Strength
Week 2: Lower Body Flexibility
Week 3: Upper Body Strength
Week 4: Upper Body Flexibility
Week 5: Core Strength
Week 6: Core Flexibility
Week 7: Whole Body Integration
This 7 week course builds on from the previous Beginners Yoga Foundation Course and is designed for beginners with some basic knowledge and understanding of yoga breath and movement
