💪 Strength Training: Sculpt and tone your muscles with targeted exercises that will leave you feeling strong and confident in your own skin.

🔥 HIIT Sequences & Slow Speed : Ignite your metabolism with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that will help you work smarter not harder; And super slow contractions to boost and increase strength

🏃‍♀️ Cardio: Get your heart pumping with sequences designed to improve body wide circulation, boost endurance and leave you feeling energized.

Classes will end with a cool down, parasympathetic breathing & Savasana  – well it is me – we will have to have some lying down !!!

So if you are ready to build some strength & resilience and regain your vitality this class is for you! Modifications will be provided so you can progress at your own pace.
