Yoga For Menopause
Our weekly classes support women in all stages of Menopause
Each month sessions will be centered around managing and supporting the main symptoms women experience during peri, menopause and post-menopause.
If you are experiencing any of the following though these classes could be beneficial to help you at this time:
- irregular /heavy periods
- heat/anger/irritability
- joint pain
- digestive issues
- anxiety
- insomnia
- weight gain
- low/erratic mood
- fatigue
- lack of focus/concentration/brain fog
There is no need to have practiced yoga before. Total beginners are perfectly welcome!! The only thing required : A desire to take control of your wellbeing and a mind open enough to begin to see the positive side to the journey through menopause!
You can now book individual classes passes separately from my website if you would like to try a class or if you can only attend certain dates in the month. Paying for all sessions in the month will still give you a 20% discount.
