Midsummer’s Yoga Evening Retreat

Join me for a beautiful Midsummer evening of yoga, breathwork, meditation and relaxation to celebrate the beginning of the summer, The Solstice, ‘the time when the sun stands still’…
I will open the evening with the peace chant, a guided meditation and self massage using therapy balls to release the soft tissues of the body before moving into a practice that will help balance the outward focus of Summer’s fiery energy with a more cooling introspective practice to honor the stillness .
Nourishing breathwork, gentle movement and a powerful combination of both Yin and Restorative yoga will be accompanied by powerful grounding essential oils and soothing music to set the scene for a beautiful soundscape in the background allowing you to be truly present in the moment
A Midsummer Yoga Nidra will complete the practice before we head off to the cottage to enjoy food and then drinks around the outdoor firepit (weather permitting! – Can’t believe I am even having to put that in June!) until – well your ready to go home . We have been known to sit around the fire till 11pm!!
