Let’s start your week on a positive note with some expertly guided breath and movement to set you up for a positive and productive week.
Balanced well-rounded practices with a little bit of everything to get you feeling into your body, breath flowing and energy moving. Gently awaken with a blend of calming, grounding & energizing breathwork, active and passive yoga and meditation. There is always an opportunity to start the day right!
This term of class run from 7th Oct 24 to 2nd Dec 24 with a 1 week break for Half term on Monday 28th Oct.
