Start the Mother’s Day Weekend as you mean to go on!!

Indulge yourself in an evening of calming & gentle Yoga to ease tension, clear your head and prepare yourself for a relaxing weekend. This  session will use a combination of slow flowing movement, breathwork, acupressure, yin and restorative to leave you feeling clear, calm and refreshed.

Taking some time out for yourself to rest and rejuvenate is not only needed as a mum but it is vital.  It is so easy to get caught up in taking care of children (no matter what age they are!), putting their needs before your own and forgetting about what you need. I know –  I’m a mum too!

So this weekend give yourself some space, some time to remember who YOU are and not who’s mum you are, and enjoy an evening of relaxing yoga with time to chill out after with a few drinks and nibbles!

What this session will do for you :

  • Tune into your breath & body and find some calm with a gentle yoga practice
