New Year Yoga: Resolve, Release, Restore
Sunday 28th December 2025 – From 2pm
The new calendar year is the perfect time to take stock and let go of old habits.
As we step forwards into the New Year, new season, new day — let’s push our best intentions forwards and remind ourselves that every thought, emotion, word and behavior we choose changes us. Let’s make that change for the better.
What We’ll Explore
In this powerful afternoon workshop, we’ll delve into the practice of Sankalpa — a ritual that helps us align with and support our highest truth and honour the deeper meaning of our life.
We’ll use yoga asana, breathwork, mudra, mantra and kriya techniques to move energy through the chakras before dropping into restorative yoga postures for a yoga nidra practice.
To end the afternoon, we’ll gather round the outdoor firepit (weather permitting!) with a hot drink. Perfect for letting go of negative emotions, fears, past attachments and unresolved tensions — making space for new intentions to take root.

The hot tub offers a beautiful way to extend the restorative benefits of the afternoon — warm water supporting your body as you soften, reflect, and prepare to step into the New Year. But I know immersion isn’t for everyone, so you’re welcome to choose the option that feels right for you.
