Post Natal




YAY’s ‘New Mum’ Programme offers support throughout the fourth trimester.  From 6 weeks to 12 months this programme offers practices to support physical healing, build strength and foster mental and emotional resilience post birth. With a combination of pre-recorded digital content you are able to work through practices in your own time giving flexibility to fit in around your new life with baby. During the first 12 months you can schedule 3 one to one private sessions with me so we can assess your progress & work through practices suited to your needs at that time. I suggest the 121’s are scheduled around  the following times, although this is only a guideline:

  • 12 weeks
  • 6 months
  • 12 months

What's Included

What’s included:

  • 4 x asana practices ( video )

Re-align the hips, spine & pelvis and Close the body ( suited for early post natal: 6weeks+ / 8 weeks post section)

Core  and Pelvic Floor

Back Care: Strengthen, Align, Release

Stabilise: Hips/Pelvis/Lower Body


  • X 3 breathing practices for post natal period including healing breath post birth

Meditation / Relaxation

  • 1 x audio Yoga Nidra for post natal
  • 1 x Chakra Meditation
  • 1 x Meditation ‘Feeding Baby’ Meditation

Private Sessions

These sessions are spread over the 12 months of the 4th trimester and are available for you to book with me at any time (*subject to availability) although the following times are recommended:

  • 1 x session @ 12weeks
  • 1 x session @ 6 months
  • 1 x session @ 12 months
