This isn’t your typical yoga class. It’s a breathing point. A place to slow down, regulate your nervous system, and remember you’re not navigating this transition alone.
Each week, we blend therapeutic yoga, breathwork, relaxation, and energy work designed specifically for women moving through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. Some weeks we’ll work with acupressure and myofascial release to ease joint pain and tension. Other weeks, we’ll focus on cooling practices to calm heat and irritability. Always, we create space to talk, share, and be witnessed.
This is your time. To soften. To restore. To reclaim your body as sacred ground.

- You’re tired of pushing through and ready to move with your body, not against it
- You want practical tools to manage symptoms like anxiety, insomnia, brain fog, or emotional overwhelm
- You’re craving connection with other women who understand what this phase actually feels like
- You’ve never done yoga before (honestly, that’s fine — we meet you where you are)
What to expect:
Small, intimate group (maximum 7 women). Gentle, trauma-aware teaching. A blend of movement, stillness, and space to just be. No performance. No perfection. Just presence.
