Menopause Yoga is a practice of yoga asana sequences, breathing techniques & mindful meditation specially adapted to support women in their 40’s and 50’s going through menopause. Hormonal changes during this time can create many symptoms ranging from hot flushes & night sweats, anxiety, irritability & anger to fatigue, low mood & lack of focus.
