Restorative Yoga To Balance Vata
Sunday 20th Oct 6-8pm
This Ayurvedic inspired restorative session will help you ground & centre. The practice is designed to help you release restlessness, anxiety and fear which in accordance with the Ayurveda teachings, can increase with excess Vata at this time of year.
We will begin the session with some gentle asana and pranayama (breathwork) to help move excess restlessness calming the body, mind & senses before moving into a series of deeply relaxing restorative poses which will be accompanied by grounding essential oils and soothing music. Our session will be completed with a healing Yoga Nidra to help you let go into the stillness.
